The power of the course stands especially in direct experience and profound realisations about your own life and patterns. Change begins with self awareness. Direct experience takes place in (guided )meditations focussing on issues like forgiveness, self aproval and many more. Other exercises help release negative emotions (i.e: anger, resentment, sadness) physically and at a cellular level.
