Here's a Joy-Full Nia update...read on and reconnect to the joy of moving...

...my way to love you!

As my valentine week comes to a close, again I feel blessed to have been able to share
with you loving and healing tools that have been part of my life for a while now.
If writing yourself a valentine card has been a healing and beautiful experience for
you…try putting it in an envelop and sending it to yourself.
You won’t know the power of this until you do it!
And for some of you, please be gentle with yourself…as love does NOT hurt.

If you have missed last week classes or you were not on the course, let me share this
with you: NOW that I have REALLY understood how important it is for me to follow my
desires (i.e dancing Nia), NOW more of my desires are fulfilled.
So i’m inviting you to overcome ALL obstical to coming to class (if that’s what you
want?), because, by coming to class and PLEASING yourself, you will find that all of your
other desires will be fidgitting in a queue that you will not be able to ignore…and
that’s when life becomes real FUN!

ON A PRACTICAL NOTE:

1) BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE WEEK: BEG 28TH FEB
  Do keep the voucher in your handbag…you never know who will be attracting it! Keep
your ears and eyes open and you will find the one who wants (and maybe needs) Nia in
their life…Just like you do.

2) NEXT COURSE DATES AND DETAILS:
  Feb 28th - april 15th; 7 week course; £45.50 or £38.50 conc or £77 multipass (2 or
more classes a week)
Thank you to those of you who have booked you place. All payments are due first week of
the course.

3) NIA ANNUAL “GIGANTIC” CHARITY EVENT:250 tickets to be sold ALL for charity!
  Just book the date for now - Thursday 17th March - 7-9pm - Rochdale
  I know Rochdale is some distance to some of you but I PROMISS YOU that so much love,
fun and pleasure are going into this event that you will stay on a high for thwe rest of
the week…and beyond. More to folow…

4) MISSED THE LAST “DANCE BREAK” OR WANT MORE: TODMORDEN SAT 26TH FEBRUARY
  I desire nothing less that a big crowd of Joy-Full, liberated women (and men) to dance
with me on that occasion! So book the date now!
  “our last (and first) Dance Break in Hebden bridge last month is still very alive for
me. We made people stop, smile, feel better…whiles having fun ourselves. Dancing in the
street is really like a beam of sunshine…for yourself and everyone present. IT IS
GIVING PERMISSION TO PEOPLE TO BE, AND FEEL HAPPY. That’s how poerful your dance IS!

So please reply ASA you can to put your name on my list of Dearing and Sexi “Dance
Breakers”.

5) ONE OFF CLASS NEXT WEEK DURING HALF TERM - WED (23rd) 10AM - WATERSIDE GYM -HB
  You are all welcome whether you have been on a course OR NOT! £6.50 for all!
