Thank you for visiting my website! I hope its content, workshop and classes will be the right thing for you!

Ever since I’ve completed the “Heal Your Life” Teacher Training, my deepest desire and purpose in life is to help people to transform their lives and live their dreams, for themselves and everybody around them! That is exactly what the work and philosophy of Louise L Hay did for me.

I beleive that my best teaching asset is to be the best example I can be for others, by leading a healthy, fulfilled, inspired (and inspiring!) life.

There is no doubt in my mind that it is the “heal your life” tools that are empowering me to acheive this. In fact, once “digested”, they become a way of life. So much so that this is what lead me to the true and unique expression of myself as a Nia dance teacher: ” I will always remember one of my first affirmation (from the “heal your body” section): ” I stand in truth, I move in joy and I circulate freely”. I must say that I started affirming half heartedly at first until the affirmation grew in me ( and even became a declaration!) and I actively looked for ways I could physically experience more Joy and Freedom in my life. It took me back to my childhood passion for dance and I soon discovered Nia (see Nia section on this website). THANK YOU LOUISE:-) !!!

I have learnt to follow and trust my intuition and it wonderfully pays off! I recently heard the quote: ” A vision is a mission you surrender to”. Well, I did just that when I had the “Vision” of the “One Family - One Heart” meditations (See One family - One heart CD section on this website).
There is no doubt in my mind that the healing of our societies and our world starts with the healing of our families.

It is with great gratitude that I wish to share these wonderful and powerful healing tools with you, helping YOU to heal and grow in order to transform YOUR life and also find the unique and beautiful expression of YOURSELF in this world and in this life.
